Refund Policy

Running a BOPTA diagnostic and viewing your report is free of charge, so no payment or refund applies to the assessment itself.

Debrief and advisory sessions booked through our scheduling provider (TidyCal) may carry a fee. Any applicable discounts, such as promotional coupons, are applied at checkout.

If you cancel a paid session at least 24 hours before its start time, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, are generally non-refundable, though we will consider genuine emergencies case by case.

To request a refund, contact us using the details in the site footer with your booking reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
