VentureBaseline provides self-assessment diagnostics and a resulting report for informational purposes. The report is guidance, not professional financial, legal, or investment advice, and outcomes depend on the accuracy of the information you provide.

When you run a diagnostic we collect the details you enter — your name, business name, work email, contact number, role, revenue tier, team size, and your calibrated responses — together with the report generated from them.

We use your information to generate your report, to benchmark you against anonymised peers, to respond to enquiries, and — where you request it — to arrange a debrief. We may contact you about your results and related services.

We do not sell your personal data. Bookings are handled by TidyCal, our scheduling provider, which processes the details you submit when booking a debrief. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We retain diagnostic submissions for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal obligations, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us using the details in the site footer.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
